Deliveries and payments
Payments can be made in our store by many methods:
Unfortunately, but currently we do not have the option of payment on delivery or advance payment. It is possible to use the installment program and Paypo.
If you placed an order and want to pay online, but after clicking on the payment link something went wrong, the order is still active and you can still pay them. Please contact the Customer Service Office.

Yes, we have this option, it is available when finalizing the order. Please select Payments by Przelewy24 and then select the installment payment.
We currently do not have the possibility of advance payment. The order will start after paying the entire amount.

Shipping the goods will depend on its size, usually the logistics partner is DPD, DHL, Fedex, Ambro Express or taken care of.
Before the planned delivery, we will send an email to your with a number to track the parcel.
In the case of large -size orders, we have the option of delivery. Shipping with contribution is paid for an additional 99 PLN.
In the case of orders over PLN 500, the delivery is free, below this amount the delivery cost is PLN 20.

We are a member of the Trusted Shops program, which guarantees purchasing up to PLN 10,000, regardless of the payment method. Examples of opinions about our store can be found on this website.
We invite you to our showroom in Warsaw at Trakt Brzeski 92. The exhibition consists of selected products from our online store.
By joining the loyalty program, customers will receive 1 point for each zloty spent. The collected points can be exchanged for discount coupons for subsequent orders. Discount coupons may not exceed 10% of the next order.
Example:
The 1000 points accumulated can be exchanged for a discount voucher PLN 100 for subsequent purchases worth at least PLN 1,000.
Points in our loyalty program can be obtained for: shopping in our store, account registration, liking and observing the Eye on Design account in social media. You can also get points in the form of a birthday gift.
This is not required, but we encourage you to create an account to be able to use special offers, loyalty program and faster service of your orders.

Unfortunately, we don't have such an option at present. However, the installation of most furniture is quite simple, each piece of furniture is equipped with assembly instructions.

Samples can be ordered here At PLN 99 (shipping cost: PLN 40, deposit PLN 59). When the sampler is returned, a deposit is returned (PLN 59), in addition, when buying a furniture (and simultaneously returning the sampler, we return the shipping cost PLN 40). In the commentary on the order, please enter which product we should choose the sampler.

Our complaint department will consider your complaints and will return to you as soon as possible with the answer.
Each of our customers (both individual and business) can return the purchased (undamaged and unused) goods on time 14 calendar days from the day he came into possession of the purchased item (delivery of the order).
To maintain the deadline for withdrawing from the contract, it is enough to send information on the exercise of the right to withdraw from the contract before the deadline to withdraw from the contract. Then, after receiving the refund confirmation, within 14 calendar days, the unused and undamaged goods to the address indicated by us should be delivered at your own expense.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we refund all of the received payments, excluding the shipping cost, no later than 14 days from the day we received the goods and found no signs of damage and use.
We will make a refund using the same payment methods that were used in the original transaction, unless you have clearly agreed to another solution.
Returns do not include personalized products to order.
To the package with a statement and returned product/products, also attach all accessories and receipt or invoice received with it/them.
