To fully enjoy the fabric seat and provide durability, you need to follow a few basic rules:
Do not place your place to sit near the used fireplace.
Avoid exposure to excessive sunlight.
Watch out for jeans that can transfer color to the fabric: this may be impossible to fix.
Do not expose the seat to scratches caused by pets or sharp objects (e.g. studs, buckles).
Routine maintenance helps to keep upholstered furniture in perfect condition. Regularly vacuum the upholstery to keep the fabric in good condition and prevent the deposits of dust, hair and crumbs in the furniture body. Watch out for fringes and vacuum them only at low power.
Remove spilled liquids and other random spots as soon as possible, but never with sharp soaps or detergents. In the case of an old and dried stain, the first step is always vacuuming or removing stains, use a specialized agent for removing stains, such as HG stain remover or a similar product. Follow the instructions on the packaging and always try the solution on an inconspicuous part of the upholstery before you use it on a more visible part.
To maintain the original softness and elasticity of the pillows, shake and turn the pillows regularly.

Deliveries of small packages made by courier companies such as DPD, FedEx, InPost, or UPS are made directly to the door of the house or apartment.
For bulky furniture, if the Client has not purchased the carrying service, the courier is not obliged to deliver the order to the first door – whether it be the house or the stairwell in an apartment building. The carrying of furniture is only carried out if the appropriate option is selected during the order process. In such a case, the driver is obliged to deliver the furniture to the location specified by the Client.
For large business orders, we organize individual transport fully tailored to the Client's needs.
The shipping cost includes the transportation of products and their insurance.
Delivery time
The estimated delivery time for orders is provided on each product page. Deliveries made by courier (DHL, DPD, FedEx, UPS) can take up to 48 hours. This time may vary depending on the selected country.

What is the Eye on Design loyalty program about?
By joining the Loyalty Program, customers will receive 1 point for every zloty spent. Collected points can be exchanged for discount coupons for future orders. Discount coupons cannot exceed 10% of the value of the next order.
Example:
Accumulated 1000 points can be exchanged for a discount voucher of 100 PLN for your next purchase of at least 1000 PLN.
What can you earn points for in the loyalty program?

You can order samples here for the price of 139 zł (shipping cost: 40 zł, deposit 99 zł). When returning a sample, the deposit (99 zł) will be refunded; additionally, when purchasing furniture (and simultaneously returning the sample, we will refund the shipping cost of 40 zł). Please include in the order comments which product you would like us to match the sample to.
Samples for selected models are also available at the Eye on Design showroom in Warsaw.

What is the company's return policy?
Every customer (both individual and business) can return purchased (undamaged and unused) goods within 14 calendar days from the day on which the purchased item was received (delivery of the order).
To keep the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient to send information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the deadline expires. Then, after receiving confirmation of the return registration, you must deliver the unused and undamaged goods to the address we specified at your own expense within 14 calendar days.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all received payments excluding shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the day we received the goods and confirmed that there are no signs of damage or use.
We will process the refund using the same payment methods that were used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to another solution.
Returns do not include personalized custom products.
