The glass is beautiful, but at the same time delicate and sensitive. Under appropriate conditions, it can survive hundreds of years, regardless of whether it is transparent glass, smoked glass, black glass or mirror glass.
Because surface damage can easily destroy its original beauty, it is worth taking precautions. Do not put anything on the glass surface that has rough and sharp basics. Avoid scratches and stains on glass tops using pads and felt pads.
Ordinary hot water is the best agent for everyday cleaning of glass surfaces and mirrors. For cleaning, use the right solutions for cleaning glass and microfiber cloth. If you use a chemical cleaning agent, be careful not to spill it into any surrounding finish. Never use abrasive materials because they can scratch the surface.
First, remove dust and other non -members of the stains. Then spray the surface with water with a spray bottle. Ordinary hot water works best because it does not leave streaks. Wipe the glass top with a microfiber cloth to get rid of stains and dirt. Use ordinary vinegar to clean spilled fluids or persistent stains. Then use a clean, dry microfiber cloth to remove vinegar. Finally, you can use a piece of crumpled newspaper to give the table an additional glow. This removes all fluff and gives the glass shine.
After thoroughly cleaning the glass surface or mirror, perform a maintenance program once a week and use water regularly for the rest of the week.
Avoid using paper towels for cleaning mirrors and mirror glass surfaces because they can leave unsightly fluff. Do not use abrasives or cleaning agents containing ammonia or acid, because such products can destroy the silver bottom and the edges of the mirror.
Although the acrylic looks like a glass, it is less brittle and weighs about half less. While cleaning acrylic products, special caution should be exercised. Avoid commercial cleaning agents for home use, because the chemicals contained in these products can matt and scratch acrylic. The best way to care for acrylic furniture is to clean lukewarm water with a little soap in liquid, rinsing and drying. Always use a soft cloth so as not to scratch the acrylic surface.

Deliveries of small packages made by courier companies such as DPD, FedEx, InPost, or UPS are made directly to the door of the house or apartment.
For bulky furniture, if the Client has not purchased the carrying service, the courier is not obliged to deliver the order to the first door – whether it be the house or the stairwell in an apartment building. The carrying of furniture is only carried out if the appropriate option is selected during the order process. In such a case, the driver is obliged to deliver the furniture to the location specified by the Client.
For large business orders, we organize individual transport fully tailored to the Client's needs.
The shipping cost includes the transportation of products and their insurance.
Delivery time
The estimated delivery time for orders is provided on each product page. Deliveries made by courier (DHL, DPD, FedEx, UPS) can take up to 48 hours. This time may vary depending on the selected country.

What is the Eye on Design loyalty program about?
By joining the Loyalty Program, customers will receive 1 point for every zloty spent. Collected points can be exchanged for discount coupons for future orders. Discount coupons cannot exceed 10% of the value of the next order.
Example:
Accumulated 1000 points can be exchanged for a discount voucher of 100 PLN for your next purchase of at least 1000 PLN.
What can you earn points for in the loyalty program?

You can order samples here for the price of 139 zł (shipping cost: 40 zł, deposit 99 zł). When returning a sample, the deposit (99 zł) will be refunded; additionally, when purchasing furniture (and simultaneously returning the sample, we will refund the shipping cost of 40 zł). Please include in the order comments which product you would like us to match the sample to.
Samples for selected models are also available at the Eye on Design showroom in Warsaw.

What is the company's return policy?
Every customer (both individual and business) can return purchased (undamaged and unused) goods within 14 calendar days from the day on which the purchased item was received (delivery of the order).
To keep the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient to send information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the deadline expires. Then, after receiving confirmation of the return registration, you must deliver the unused and undamaged goods to the address we specified at your own expense within 14 calendar days.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all received payments excluding shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the day we received the goods and confirmed that there are no signs of damage or use.
We will process the refund using the same payment methods that were used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to another solution.
