Glass is an extremely beautiful material, but at the same time delicate and sensitive. Under appropriate conditions, it can survive hundreds of years - regardless of whether it is a transparent, smoked, black or mirror glass.
Cleaning and maintenance
Since glass surfaces are susceptible to scratches and damage, it is worth exercising special care. Do not put items with sharp and rough bases on them. To avoid scratches and traces of water on glass tops, it is recommended to use felt pads and stands.
Transparent, smoked and black glass
Pure, hot water works best for everyday cleaning, because it does not leave streaks. You can also use dedicated glass cleaning agents and a soft microfiber cloth. When using chemicals, you should avoid contact with neighboring surfaces. Do not use abrasive materials that can cause scratches.
First, remove dust and dry dirt, then spray the surface with water. Clean the glass with a microfiber cloth to remove stains and dirt. Use vinegar for persistent dirt, then wipe the surface with a dry cloth. Finally, you can polish the glass with a crushed newspaper to get additional shine and remove the residues of the fibers.
To keep the surface clean, after thorough washing, just wipe them with water once a week as part of regular care.
Mirrors and mirror surfaces
To clean mirrors and mirror glass, do not use paper towels because they can leave the fluff. Avoid abrasives and preparations containing ammonia or acids, as they can damage the silver layer and the edges of the mirror.
Acrylic
The acrylic resembles glass, but is less susceptible to bruise and half the lighter. However, its cleaning requires special caution. Standard cleaning agents should be avoided, because the chemicals they contain can matt and draw the surface. The best way to care for acrylic furniture is to wash their lukewarm water with the addition of dishwashing liquid, followed by thorough rinsing and drying. Always use a soft cloth so as not to scratch the acrylic surface

Deliveries of small packages made by courier companies such as DPD, FedEx, InPost, or UPS are made directly to the door of the house or apartment.
For bulky furniture, if the Client has not purchased the carrying service, the courier is not obliged to deliver the order to the first door – whether it be the house or the stairwell in an apartment building. The carrying of furniture is only carried out if the appropriate option is selected during the order process. In such a case, the driver is obliged to deliver the furniture to the location specified by the Client.
For large business orders, we organize individual transport fully tailored to the Client's needs.
The shipping cost includes the transportation of products and their insurance.
Delivery time
The estimated delivery time for orders is provided on each product page. Deliveries made by courier (DHL, DPD, FedEx, UPS) can take up to 48 hours. This time may vary depending on the selected country.

Unfortunately, we currently do not have the option for cash on delivery. However, you can take advantage of the installment program and PayPo.

Which products are eligible for returns?
All products that are not made to order and are personalized. Returned products must be unused and undamaged.
What is the Eye on Design loyalty program about?
By joining the Loyalty Program, customers will receive 1 point for every zloty spent. Collected points can be exchanged for discount coupons for future orders. Discount coupons cannot exceed 10% of the value of the next order.
Example:
Accumulated 1000 points can be exchanged for a discount voucher of 100 PLN for your next purchase of at least 1000 PLN.
What can you earn points for in the loyalty program?
You can earn points in our loyalty program for: purchases in our store, registering an account, liking and following the Eye on Design account on social media. You can also receive points as a birthday gift.

Yes, we offer delivery with assembly, and the cost is 499 zł.

You can order samples here for the price of 139 zł (shipping cost: 40 zł, deposit 99 zł). When returning a sample, the deposit (99 zł) will be refunded; additionally, when purchasing furniture (and simultaneously returning the sample, we will refund the shipping cost of 40 zł). Please include in the order comments which product you would like us to match the sample to.
Samples for selected models are also available at the Eye on Design showroom in Warsaw.
Do I need to have an account on Eye on Design to place an order?

What is the company's return policy?
Every customer (both individual and business) can return purchased (undamaged and unused) goods within 14 calendar days from the day on which the purchased item was received (delivery of the order).
To keep the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient to send information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the deadline expires. Then, after receiving confirmation of the return registration, you must deliver the unused and undamaged goods to the address we specified at your own expense within 14 calendar days.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all received payments excluding shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the day we received the goods and confirmed that there are no signs of damage or use.
We will process the refund using the same payment methods that were used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to another solution.
