Fabric:
Silky and incredibly soft upholstery fabric with a subtle sheen, highly resistant to abrasion, significantly reducing the risk of damage (Martindale test: 50,000, 320 g/m², composition: 100% polyester). Due to the longer pile, the perception of color may change depending on the angle of light. The actual color of the fabric may slightly differ from the color on the screen due to different screen types and settings. The fabric has successfully passed the cigarette test, meaning the upholstery is resistant to smoldering and flame ignition and meets the standard PN-EN 1021-1:2014-12.
It is recommended to clean the entire piece of furniture with a soft brush. Avoid strong rubbing or vigorous movements. Do not use a vacuum cleaner. The covers across the entire range are not removable. If the customer removes them and washes them in a washing machine, they do so at their own risk – this will not be grounds for initiating a complaint procedure.
Metal and wooden elements should not be exposed to prolonged contact with water. If necessary, wipe with a damp cloth using neutral detergents (the use of bleach, soaps intended for hard surfaces, or ammonia-containing agents is prohibited). Any residues from used agents should be wiped dry. In the case of staining the sofa and the occurrence of wet or greasy stains, use blotting paper or paper towels, followed by a damp, soft sponge that quickly absorbs the stain. Then, proceed to stain removal using a solution of neutral cleaning agent and water. Clean the soiled surface with gentle, circular motions from the outside in, avoiding vigorous rubbing of the wet pile. After removing the stain, allow the fabric to air dry at room temperature. If necessary, repeat the process, expanding the cleaned area around the stained spot to reduce the circular effect.
Before starting the cleaning process, we recommend testing the cleaning agent on an inconspicuous part of the furniture to avoid damaging the fabric. To extend the life of the fabric, we recommend protecting its surface from pets.
