The Legacy chenille upholstery fabric features an intriguing 3D effect surface. It is very pleasant and almost silky to the touch (known as silk touch). The structure of the bold weave has a slightly iridescent surface. Unevenly dyed threads create an eye-catching texture with a shading effect. The fabric is highly durable, and minor stains are not easily visible.
It is recommended to clean the entire piece of furniture with a soft brush. Avoid strong rubbing or vigorous movements. Do not use a vacuum cleaner.
The covers across the entire range are not removable. If the customer removes them and washes them in a washing machine, they do so at their own risk – this will not be grounds for initiating a complaint procedure.
The upholstery of the sofa, especially in light colors, is susceptible to staining from other fabrics, primarily from clothing (e.g., jeans). This is not a defect of the upholstery but of the clothing fabric. The effect known as pilling, or the fabric becoming fuzzy, is also caused by contact with foreign fibers (clothing or throws).
Metal and wooden elements should not be exposed to prolonged contact with water. If necessary, wipe with a damp cloth using neutral detergents (the use of bleach, soaps intended for hard surfaces, or products containing ammonia is prohibited). Any residues from the used products should be wiped dry.
In the case of staining the sofa and the occurrence of wet or greasy stains, use blotting paper or paper towels, followed by a damp, soft sponge that will quickly absorb the stain. Then, proceed to stain removal using a solution of neutral cleaning agent and water. Clean the soiled area with gentle, circular motions from the outside in, avoiding vigorous rubbing of the wet fibers. After the stain is removed, allow the fabric to air dry at room temperature. If necessary, repeat the process, expanding the cleaned area around the stained spot to reduce the circular effect.
Before starting the cleaning process, we recommend testing the cleaning agent on an inconspicuous part of the furniture to avoid damaging the fabric. To extend the life of the fabric, we recommend protecting its surface from pets.

Deliveries of small packages made by courier companies such as DPD, FedEx, InPost, or UPS are made directly to the door of the house or apartment.
For bulky furniture, if the Client has not purchased the carrying service, the courier is not obliged to deliver the order to the first door – whether it be the house or the stairwell in an apartment building. The carrying of furniture is only carried out if the appropriate option is selected during the order process. In such a case, the driver is obliged to deliver the furniture to the location specified by the Client.
For large business orders, we organize individual transport fully tailored to the Client's needs.
The shipping cost includes the transportation of products and their insurance.
Delivery time
The estimated delivery time for orders is provided on each product page. Deliveries made by courier (DHL, DPD, FedEx, UPS) can take up to 48 hours. This time may vary depending on the selected country.

What is the Eye on Design loyalty program about?
By joining the Loyalty Program, customers will receive 1 point for every zloty spent. Collected points can be exchanged for discount coupons for future orders. Discount coupons cannot exceed 10% of the value of the next order.
Example:
Accumulated 1000 points can be exchanged for a discount voucher of 100 PLN for your next purchase of at least 1000 PLN.
What can you earn points for in the loyalty program?

You can order samples here for the price of 139 zł (shipping cost: 40 zł, deposit 99 zł). When returning a sample, the deposit (99 zł) will be refunded; additionally, when purchasing furniture (and simultaneously returning the sample, we will refund the shipping cost of 40 zł). Please include in the order comments which product you would like us to match the sample to.
Samples for selected models are also available at the Eye on Design showroom in Warsaw.

What is the company's return policy?
Every customer (both individual and business) can return purchased (undamaged and unused) goods within 14 calendar days from the day on which the purchased item was received (delivery of the order).
To keep the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient to send information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the deadline expires. Then, after receiving confirmation of the return registration, you must deliver the unused and undamaged goods to the address we specified at your own expense within 14 calendar days.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all received payments excluding shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the day we received the goods and confirmed that there are no signs of damage or use.
We will process the refund using the same payment methods that were used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to another solution.
Returns do not include personalized custom products.
