Regularly vacuum polished stainless steel and metal finishes with a broom from feathers or a soft, clean cloth. Remove persistent stains with lukewarm water or a mild home cleaning agent. Never use hot water, chemical chemicals or adhesive removal agents. Avoid paper towels, welt and the like.
Clean the silver plated objects with a soft sponge moistened with lukewarm water. Dip the clean cloth in the silver varnish and apply a thin layer to the object. Gently rub the paste into silver with a silver polishing cloth. Wash the item if it is to be used to serve food. Remove excess silver paste with lukewarm water and a small amount of mild dishwashing liquid.
Clean polished stainless steel and metal finishes diluted with a cleaning agent. Apply a small amount of the preparation directly on a clean cloth and gently wipe the surface. If the finish is not changed or transferred to the fabric, continue cleaning the rest of the product. Remove the remains of the cleaning agent with a clean cloth moistened with lukewarm water and then dry with a clean cloth. Do not leave to dry outside.
Regularly polish the finished metal parts with products specially intended for polished metal care or vinegar. For light polishing, dilute the vinegar with water (1/2 cup vinegar for each liter of water). Wet a soft cloth with diluted vinegar and polish the item. Use undiluted vinegar for strongly dirty objects.
For cleaning glass surfaces and mirrors, use the right cleaning agents and microfiber cloth. Do not use abrasives or cleaning agents containing ammonia or acid, because such products can destroy the silver bottom and the edges of the mirror. If you use a chemical cleaning agent, be careful not to spill it into any surrounding finish. Never use abrasive materials because they can scratch the surface.
First, remove dust and other non -members of the stains. Then spray the surface with water with a spray bottle. Ordinary hot water works best because it does not leave streaks. Wipe the glass surface or mirror with a microfiber cloth. Use ordinary vinegar to clean spilled fluids or persistent stains. Dry a clean microfiber cloth. Finally, use a piece of a broken newspaper to add shine. This removes all fluff and gives the glass shine.

Delivery
Deliveries of small packages made by courier companies such as DPD, FedEx, InPost, or UPS are made directly to the door of the house or apartment.
For bulky furniture, if the Client has not purchased the carrying service, the courier is not obliged to deliver the order to the first door – whether it be the house or the stairwell in an apartment building. The carrying of furniture is only carried out if the appropriate option is selected during the order process. In such a case, the driver is obliged to deliver the furniture to the location specified by the Client.
For large business orders, we organize individual transport fully tailored to the Client's needs.
The shipping cost includes the transportation of products and their insurance.
Delivery time
The estimated delivery time for orders is provided on each product page. Deliveries made by courier (DHL, DPD, FedEx, UPS) can take up to 48 hours. This time may vary depending on the selected country.

Is it possible to pay on delivery?
Unfortunately, we currently do not have the option for cash on delivery. However, you can take advantage of the installment program and PayPo.

What is the Eye on Design loyalty program about?
By joining the Loyalty Program, customers will receive 1 point for every zloty spent. Collected points can be exchanged for discount coupons for future orders. Discount coupons cannot exceed 10% of the value of the next order.
Example:
Accumulated 1000 points can be exchanged for a discount voucher of 100 PLN for your next purchase of at least 1000 PLN.
What can you earn points for in the loyalty program?

You can order samples here for the price of 139 zł (shipping cost: 40 zł, deposit 99 zł). When returning a sample, the deposit (99 zł) will be refunded; additionally, when purchasing furniture (and simultaneously returning the sample, we will refund the shipping cost of 40 zł). Please include in the order comments which product you would like us to match the sample to.
Samples for selected models are also available at the Eye on Design showroom in Warsaw.
Do I need to have an account on Eye on Design to place an order?
While it's not required, we encourage you to create an account to take advantage of special offers, our loyalty program, and faster order processing.

What is the company's return policy?
Every customer (both individual and business) can return purchased (undamaged and unused) goods within 14 calendar days from the day on which the purchased item was received (delivery of the order).
To keep the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient to send information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the deadline expires. Then, after receiving confirmation of the return registration, you must deliver the unused and undamaged goods to the address we specified at your own expense within 14 calendar days.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all received payments excluding shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the day we received the goods and confirmed that there are no signs of damage or use.
We will process the refund using the same payment methods that were used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to another solution.
Returns do not include personalized custom products.
