Material: plush and luxurious velvet upholstery fabric with a delicate gloss. An excellent choice for elegant furniture designs. It has very good abrasion resistance, which significantly reduces the risk of damage. The material is extremely soft, silky to the touch. Due to the longer hair, the fabric can change during use. The fabric can be cleaned wet and ironed at low temperature. Chemical cleaning is also allowed.
It is recommended to clean the entire chair with a soft brush. Avoid strong friction or violent, energetic movements. Do not use a vacuum cleaner.
Covers for the whole range of products are not removed. Their removal and washing in the washing machine takes place at their own responsibility of the client - this is not the basis for initiating the complaint procedure.
Chair upholstery, especially in bright colors, is exposed to dyeing by other fabrics, mainly by clothing, e.g. jeans. This is not an upholstery defect, but a defect in clothing fabric. The so -called flaky fabric is also caused by contact with foreign fibers (clothing or bedspreads).
Metal and wooden parts should not be exposed to long -term contact with water. If necessary, they should be wiped with a damp cloth, using neutral detergents (do not use bleaches, soap for hard surfaces or agents containing ammonia). All remains of cleaning agents should be wiped dry.
For cleaning wet or greasy stains, use tissue paper, followed by a damp, soft sponge to quickly absorb the stain. Then you can start removing stains using a neutral cleaning agent and water. Defined surfaces should be cleaned with delicate, circular movements from the outside to the inside, avoiding vigorous rubbing wet fibers. After removing the stain, the fabric should be left to dry at room temperature.
If necessary, repeat the activity, expanding the area around the stained place to reduce the effect of circulation.
Before cleaning, we recommend testing the cleaning agent on the hidden part of the chair to avoid damage to the fabric. To extend the life of the fabric, we recommend protecting its surface from pets.

Deliveries of small packages made by courier companies such as DPD, FedEx, InPost, or UPS are made directly to the door of the house or apartment.
For bulky furniture, if the Client has not purchased the carrying service, the courier is not obliged to deliver the order to the first door – whether it be the house or the stairwell in an apartment building. The carrying of furniture is only carried out if the appropriate option is selected during the order process. In such a case, the driver is obliged to deliver the furniture to the location specified by the Client.
For large business orders, we organize individual transport fully tailored to the Client's needs.
The shipping cost includes the transportation of products and their insurance.
Delivery time
The estimated delivery time for orders is provided on each product page. Deliveries made by courier (DHL, DPD, FedEx, UPS) can take up to 48 hours. This time may vary depending on the selected country.

Is it possible to pay on delivery?
Unfortunately, we currently do not have the option for cash on delivery. However, you can take advantage of the installment program and PayPo.

Which products are eligible for returns?
All products that are not made to order and are personalized. Returned products must be unused and undamaged.
What is the Eye on Design loyalty program about?
By joining the Loyalty Program, customers will receive 1 point for every zloty spent. Collected points can be exchanged for discount coupons for future orders. Discount coupons cannot exceed 10% of the value of the next order.
Example:
Accumulated 1000 points can be exchanged for a discount voucher of 100 PLN for your next purchase of at least 1000 PLN.
What can you earn points for in the loyalty program?
You can earn points in our loyalty program for: purchases in our store, registering an account, liking and following the Eye on Design account on social media. You can also receive points as a birthday gift.

I would like to see how the material looks; how can I order a sample?
You can order samples here for the price of 139 zł (shipping cost: 40 zł, deposit 99 zł). When returning a sample, the deposit (99 zł) will be refunded; additionally, when purchasing furniture (and simultaneously returning the sample, we will refund the shipping cost of 40 zł). Please include in the order comments which product you would like us to match the sample to.
Samples for selected models are also available at the Eye on Design showroom in Warsaw.
Do I need to have an account on Eye on Design to place an order?
While it's not required, we encourage you to create an account to take advantage of special offers, our loyalty program, and faster order processing.
Who bears the shipping cost in the case of a return?

What is the company's return policy?
Every customer (both individual and business) can return purchased (undamaged and unused) goods within 14 calendar days from the day on which the purchased item was received (delivery of the order).
To keep the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient to send information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the deadline expires. Then, after receiving confirmation of the return registration, you must deliver the unused and undamaged goods to the address we specified at your own expense within 14 calendar days.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all received payments excluding shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the day we received the goods and confirmed that there are no signs of damage or use.
We will process the refund using the same payment methods that were used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to another solution.
Returns do not include personalized custom products.
