Care Instructions:
Clean polished aluminum with a soft, dry cloth. If necessary, mild soap and lukewarm water can be used, followed by thorough drying of the surface. Avoid abrasive materials, strong chemicals, prolonged contact with moisture, and acidic substances. Natural oxidation of aluminum and the formation of patina is a normal phenomenon.
Regularly vacuum the upholstery using low suction power and a soft brush. Always brush in the direction of the pile. Avoid direct sunlight, high temperatures, and contact with sharp objects. Do not pull or cut loose threads – if necessary, gently tuck them back into the fabric with a needle. Do not use air fresheners, as they may cause chemical reactions on the surface of the material.
In case of liquid spills, gently blot the area with a white paper towel, pressing it against the stain instead of rubbing. For stain removal, lukewarm water and a terry towel can be used, optionally with a mild, neutral cleaning agent. Always test the product on a less visible part of the fabric before use. Use small amounts of the agent and blot the surface with absorbent paper each time. Do not rub the fabric or the stain.
Light-colored fabrics may stain when in contact with materials of intense color, especially denim. To minimize the risk of discoloration, it is recommended to apply a professional protective treatment before use.

Deliveries of small packages made by courier companies such as DPD, FedEx, InPost, or UPS are made directly to the door of the house or apartment.
For bulky furniture, if the Client has not purchased the carrying service, the courier is not obliged to deliver the order to the first door – whether it be the house or the stairwell in an apartment building. The carrying of furniture is only carried out if the appropriate option is selected during the order process. In such a case, the driver is obliged to deliver the furniture to the location specified by the Client.
For large business orders, we organize individual transport fully tailored to the Client's needs.
The shipping cost includes the transportation of products and their insurance.
Delivery time
The estimated delivery time for orders is provided on each product page. Deliveries made by courier (DHL, DPD, FedEx, UPS) can take up to 48 hours. This time may vary depending on the selected country.

What is the Eye on Design loyalty program about?
By joining the Loyalty Program, customers will receive 1 point for every zloty spent. Collected points can be exchanged for discount coupons for future orders. Discount coupons cannot exceed 10% of the value of the next order.
Example:
Accumulated 1000 points can be exchanged for a discount voucher of 100 PLN for your next purchase of at least 1000 PLN.
What can you earn points for in the loyalty program?
You can earn points in our loyalty program for: purchases in our store, registering an account, liking and following the Eye on Design account on social media. You can also receive points as a birthday gift.

You can order samples here for the price of 139 zł (shipping cost: 40 zł, deposit 99 zł). When returning a sample, the deposit (99 zł) will be refunded; additionally, when purchasing furniture (and simultaneously returning the sample, we will refund the shipping cost of 40 zł). Please include in the order comments which product you would like us to match the sample to.
Samples for selected models are also available at the Eye on Design showroom in Warsaw.
Do I need to have an account on Eye on Design to place an order?
While it's not required, we encourage you to create an account to take advantage of special offers, our loyalty program, and faster order processing.

What is the company's return policy?
Every customer (both individual and business) can return purchased (undamaged and unused) goods within 14 calendar days from the day on which the purchased item was received (delivery of the order).
To keep the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient to send information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the deadline expires. Then, after receiving confirmation of the return registration, you must deliver the unused and undamaged goods to the address we specified at your own expense within 14 calendar days.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all received payments excluding shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the day we received the goods and confirmed that there are no signs of damage or use.
We will process the refund using the same payment methods that were used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to another solution.
