Care: Gently brush the upholstery in one direction every week or two with a soft brush or sponge. Regular brushing raises the pile and reduces wear in the most frequently used areas. Once or twice a year, after thorough vacuuming, carefully wipe the entire fabric with a solution of neutral cleaning agent and water, then with a clean, damp sponge or cloth to remove the detergent. Allow to air dry naturally. Foam cleaners, shampoos, and aerosol products designed for fabric upholstery can also be used according to the manufacturer's instructions. In case of liquid spills, gently blot with a dry cloth or paper towel, and carefully collect any remaining thick stains from the surface. For cleaning, use lukewarm water with a neutral detergent, such as dish soap or gray soap, in a ratio of one teaspoon of detergent to two cups of water. Before use, test on an inconspicuous part of the furniture and wait 15 minutes. Clean the stained area slowly, using circular motions from the outside of the stain to the center, without vigorous rubbing. Apply thin layers of the solution and immediately remove any excess to prevent the upholstery from becoming stiff. Repeat as necessary, expanding the cleaned area. Finally, wipe the surface with a clean, damp cloth to remove the solution and prevent streaks. Do not use strong cleaners, bleach, or hot water. Allow the upholstery to air dry naturally at room temperature. Do not use a hairdryer or other direct heat sources. Do not sit on the corner until the upholstery is completely dry.
Notes: The Salvador fabric is a plush, pleasant-to-the-touch velvet with a short pile and subtle sheen. The material is made of 100% polyester, has a weight of 440 g/m², and a wear resistance of 100,000 cycles in the Martindale test. The LiquidBlocked technology limits liquid absorption, which remains on the surface and can be collected with an absorbent cloth or paper towel. The fabric has passed the cigarette test and meets the PN-EN 1021-1:2014-12 standard. Colors, materials, textures, and finishes may vary slightly from the actual product due to screen settings and differences between production batches. The appearance of the material may change over time due to sunlight, environmental conditions, and regular use. Dimensions may vary from actual by ±4%.

Deliveries of small packages made by courier companies such as DPD, FedEx, InPost, or UPS are made directly to the door of the house or apartment.
For bulky furniture, if the Client has not purchased the carrying service, the courier is not obliged to deliver the order to the first door – whether it be the house or the stairwell in an apartment building. The carrying of furniture is only carried out if the appropriate option is selected during the order process. In such a case, the driver is obliged to deliver the furniture to the location specified by the Client.
For large business orders, we organize individual transport fully tailored to the Client's needs.
The shipping cost includes the transportation of products and their insurance.
Delivery time
The estimated delivery time for orders is provided on each product page. Deliveries made by courier (DHL, DPD, FedEx, UPS) can take up to 48 hours. This time may vary depending on the selected country.

Which products are eligible for returns?
All products that are not made to order and are personalized. Returned products must be unused and undamaged.
What is the Eye on Design loyalty program about?
By joining the Loyalty Program, customers will receive 1 point for every zloty spent. Collected points can be exchanged for discount coupons for future orders. Discount coupons cannot exceed 10% of the value of the next order.
Example:
Accumulated 1000 points can be exchanged for a discount voucher of 100 PLN for your next purchase of at least 1000 PLN.
What can you earn points for in the loyalty program?
You can earn points in our loyalty program for: purchases in our store, registering an account, liking and following the Eye on Design account on social media. You can also receive points as a birthday gift.

You can order samples here for the price of 139 zł (shipping cost: 40 zł, deposit 99 zł). When returning a sample, the deposit (99 zł) will be refunded; additionally, when purchasing furniture (and simultaneously returning the sample, we will refund the shipping cost of 40 zł). Please include in the order comments which product you would like us to match the sample to.
Samples for selected models are also available at the Eye on Design showroom in Warsaw.
Do I need to have an account on Eye on Design to place an order?
While it's not required, we encourage you to create an account to take advantage of special offers, our loyalty program, and faster order processing.

What is the company's return policy?
Every customer (both individual and business) can return purchased (undamaged and unused) goods within 14 calendar days from the day on which the purchased item was received (delivery of the order).
To keep the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient to send information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the deadline expires. Then, after receiving confirmation of the return registration, you must deliver the unused and undamaged goods to the address we specified at your own expense within 14 calendar days.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all received payments excluding shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the day we received the goods and confirmed that there are no signs of damage or use.
We will process the refund using the same payment methods that were used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to another solution.
Returns do not include personalized custom products.
