Care: The upholstery should be cleaned once a week or every two weeks using a soft brush or vacuumed on low power with a special attachment for upholstered furniture. Regularly removing dust and surface dirt prevents them from penetrating the material's structure. It is recommended to refresh the upholstery more thoroughly once or twice a year. After vacuuming, the entire surface can be gently wiped with a solution of lukewarm water and neutral detergent, and then with a clean, damp sponge or cloth to remove any cleaning product residue. Upholstery cleaning products can also be used, following the manufacturer's instructions. In case of spills, immediately blot the liquid with a dry cloth or paper towel, without rubbing it into the fabric. Residues of thick stains should first be carefully lifted from the surface. Clean the stain slowly, using gentle, circular motions from the outer edges towards the center to avoid spreading the dirt over a larger area. Do not rub the upholstery vigorously or use bleach, strong cleaners, or hot water, which may set stains. If necessary, the process can be repeated, gradually expanding the cleaned area to minimize the risk of streaks. Before using any cleaning agent, test it on an inconspicuous part of the furniture. After removing the stain, allow the upholstery to air dry at room temperature, without using a dryer or other direct heat sources. Do not use the furniture until the material is completely dry.
Notes: Megan is a soft-touch structural fabric with a visible, flat weave of fibers. The material is made of 100% polyester, has a weight of 360 g/m², and achieves a score of 40,000 cycles in the Martindale test. The fabric has passed the cigarette test, meaning the upholstery is resistant to smoldering and flame ignition and meets the PN-EN 1021-1:2014-12 standard. The seat's angle relative to the backrest is an intentional design element that enhances user comfort. The left-sided chaise longue forms the left side of the modular corner and can be combined with other elements of the Jodie collection. Crocodile-type connectors are used for stable joining of individual parts. Deliveries of small packages made by courier companies such as DPD, FedEx, InPost, or UPS are made directly to the door of the house or apartment.
For bulky furniture, if the Client has not purchased the carrying service, the courier is not obliged to deliver the order to the first door – whether it be the house or the stairwell in an apartment building. The carrying of furniture is only carried out if the appropriate option is selected during the order process. In such a case, the driver is obliged to deliver the furniture to the location specified by the Client.
For large business orders, we organize individual transport fully tailored to the Client's needs.
The shipping cost includes the transportation of products and their insurance.
Delivery time
The estimated delivery time for orders is provided on each product page. Deliveries made by courier (DHL, DPD, FedEx, UPS) can take up to 48 hours. This time may vary depending on the selected country.

Which products are eligible for returns?
All products that are not made to order and are personalized. Returned products must be unused and undamaged.
What is the Eye on Design loyalty program about?
By joining the Loyalty Program, customers will receive 1 point for every zloty spent. Collected points can be exchanged for discount coupons for future orders. Discount coupons cannot exceed 10% of the value of the next order.
Example:
Accumulated 1000 points can be exchanged for a discount voucher of 100 PLN for your next purchase of at least 1000 PLN.
What can you earn points for in the loyalty program?

You can order samples here for the price of 139 zł (shipping cost: 40 zł, deposit 99 zł). When returning a sample, the deposit (99 zł) will be refunded; additionally, when purchasing furniture (and simultaneously returning the sample, we will refund the shipping cost of 40 zł). Please include in the order comments which product you would like us to match the sample to.
Samples for selected models are also available at the Eye on Design showroom in Warsaw.
Do I need to have an account on Eye on Design to place an order?

What is the company's return policy?
Every customer (both individual and business) can return purchased (undamaged and unused) goods within 14 calendar days from the day on which the purchased item was received (delivery of the order).
To keep the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient to send information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the deadline expires. Then, after receiving confirmation of the return registration, you must deliver the unused and undamaged goods to the address we specified at your own expense within 14 calendar days.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all received payments excluding shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the day we received the goods and confirmed that there are no signs of damage or use.
We will process the refund using the same payment methods that were used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to another solution.
Returns do not include personalized custom products.
