Care: Upholstery should be cleaned every week or two by gently brushing it with a soft brush or sponge, always in one direction. Regular brushing removes dust and surface dirt, raises the pile, and helps reduce the "sitting" effect in the most frequently used areas. It is recommended to refresh the upholstery more thoroughly once or twice a year. After gently vacuuming, the entire surface can be carefully wiped with a solution of lukewarm water and neutral detergent, followed by a clean, damp sponge or cloth to remove any residue. Upholstery cleaning products in the form of foam, shampoo, or spray can also be used according to the manufacturer's instructions. Thanks to Cleanaboo technology, spilled liquids collect on the surface of the fabric in the form of droplets, so they should be blotted up quickly with a dry cloth or paper towel, without rubbing into the fibers. Residues of thick stains should be carefully removed from the surface beforehand. Easy Clean technology facilitates the removal of most stains using water with a small amount of neutral detergent, such as dish soap or gray soap. Stains should be cleaned slowly, using gentle, circular motions from the outer edges towards the center. The solution should be applied in thin layers, and any excess should be removed immediately, as too much moisture can stiffen the upholstery. Do not rub the fabric vigorously or use bleach, strong cleaners, or hot water, which can set stains. Before using a cleaning agent, a test should be conducted on an inconspicuous part of the furniture, and wait about 15 minutes. After cleaning, the surface should be wiped with a clean, damp cloth to prevent streaks, and then left to air dry at room temperature. Do not use a dryer or other direct heat sources, and do not use the furniture until the upholstery is completely dry.
Notes: Venus is a soft and pleasant-to-the-touch premium velvet fabric designed for intensive use. Cleanaboo technology reduces the rapid absorption of spilled liquids, which collect on the surface of the fabric in the form of droplets. Easy Clean makes it easier to remove most stains using soapy water, while Petproof properties increase the upholstery's resistance to pulls and facilitate hair removal. The material is highly resistant to abrasion, pilling, and fading. Due to the structure of the pile, the appearance of the upholstery and the intensity of its shade may change depending on the angle of light and the direction of the fibers. The angle of the seat in relation to the backrest is an intentional design element that enhances user comfort. Deliveries of small packages made by courier companies such as DPD, FedEx, InPost, or UPS are made directly to the door of the house or apartment.
For bulky furniture, if the Client has not purchased the carrying service, the courier is not obliged to deliver the order to the first door – whether it be the house or the stairwell in an apartment building. The carrying of furniture is only carried out if the appropriate option is selected during the order process. In such a case, the driver is obliged to deliver the furniture to the location specified by the Client.
For large business orders, we organize individual transport fully tailored to the Client's needs.
The shipping cost includes the transportation of products and their insurance.
Delivery time
The estimated delivery time for orders is provided on each product page. Deliveries made by courier (DHL, DPD, FedEx, UPS) can take up to 48 hours. This time may vary depending on the selected country.

All products that are not made to order and are personalized. Returned products must be unused and undamaged.
What is the Eye on Design loyalty program about?
By joining the Loyalty Program, customers will receive 1 point for every zloty spent. Collected points can be exchanged for discount coupons for future orders. Discount coupons cannot exceed 10% of the value of the next order.
Example:
Accumulated 1000 points can be exchanged for a discount voucher of 100 PLN for your next purchase of at least 1000 PLN.
What can you earn points for in the loyalty program?

You can order samples here for the price of 139 zł (shipping cost: 40 zł, deposit 99 zł). When returning a sample, the deposit (99 zł) will be refunded; additionally, when purchasing furniture (and simultaneously returning the sample, we will refund the shipping cost of 40 zł). Please include in the order comments which product you would like us to match the sample to.
Samples for selected models are also available at the Eye on Design showroom in Warsaw.

What is the company's return policy?
Every customer (both individual and business) can return purchased (undamaged and unused) goods within 14 calendar days from the day on which the purchased item was received (delivery of the order).
To keep the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient to send information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the deadline expires. Then, after receiving confirmation of the return registration, you must deliver the unused and undamaged goods to the address we specified at your own expense within 14 calendar days.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all received payments excluding shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the day we received the goods and confirmed that there are no signs of damage or use.
We will process the refund using the same payment methods that were used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to another solution.
