Care: The upholstery should be cleaned every week or two with a soft brush or vacuumed on low power using a special attachment for upholstered furniture. Regularly removing dust and dirt prevents them from penetrating deep into the fabric structure. Loose lint can be gently removed with a lint roller or adhesive tape. It is recommended to refresh the upholstery more thoroughly once or twice a year. After vacuuming, the entire surface can be carefully wiped with a solution of lukewarm water and a neutral cleaning agent, followed by a clean, damp sponge or cloth to remove any detergent residue. For stain removal, use gentle, neutral detergents, such as dish soap or pure soap, mixed with lukewarm water in a ratio of one teaspoon of the agent to two cups of water. The stain should be cleaned with gentle, circular motions, moving from the outer edges of the stain towards its center. Do not rub the fabric vigorously or use bleach, strong cleaners, or hot water, which can set stains. Before applying any cleaning agent, a test should be performed on an inconspicuous part of the furniture. If cleaning needs to be repeated, gradually expand the area to minimize the risk of streaks. After the stain is removed, allow the upholstery to air dry naturally at room temperature. Do not use a dryer or other direct heat sources, and do not use the furniture until the fabric is completely dry.
Notes: Baloo is a thick, structural boucle fabric with a tight, twisted weave and a multidimensional surface. The material consists of 93% polyester, 6% acrylic, and 1% cotton, has a weight of 570 g/m², and achieves a score of 100,000 cycles in the Martindale test. The Oeko-Tex® certification confirms that the fabric is free from harmful substances and safe for humans. For bulky furniture, if the Client has not purchased the carrying service, the courier is not obliged to deliver the order to the first door – whether it be the house or the stairwell in an apartment building. The carrying of furniture is only carried out if the appropriate option is selected during the order process. In such a case, the driver is obliged to deliver the furniture to the location specified by the Client.
For large business orders, we organize individual transport fully tailored to the Client's needs.
The shipping cost includes the transportation of products and their insurance.

The estimated delivery time for orders is provided on each product page. Deliveries made by courier (DHL, DPD, FedEx, UPS) can take up to 48 hours. This time may vary depending on the selected country.

What is the Eye on Design loyalty program about?
By joining the Loyalty Program, customers will receive 1 point for every zloty spent. Collected points can be exchanged for discount coupons for future orders. Discount coupons cannot exceed 10% of the value of the next order.
Example:
Accumulated 1000 points can be exchanged for a discount voucher of 100 PLN for your next purchase of at least 1000 PLN.
What can you earn points for in the loyalty program?

When returning a sample, the deposit (99 zł) will be refunded; additionally, when purchasing furniture (and simultaneously returning the sample, we will refund the shipping cost of 40 zł). Please include in the order comments which product you would like us to match the sample to.
Samples for selected models are also available at the Eye on Design showroom in Warsaw.

What is the company's return policy?
Every customer (both individual and business) can return purchased (undamaged and unused) goods within 14 calendar days from the day on which the purchased item was received (delivery of the order).
To keep the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient to send information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the deadline expires. Then, after receiving confirmation of the return registration, you must deliver the unused and undamaged goods to the address we specified at your own expense within 14 calendar days.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all received payments excluding shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the day we received the goods and confirmed that there are no signs of damage or use.
We will process the refund using the same payment methods that were used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to another solution.
