Fabric: Boucle (Monet)
Boucle Monet features a soft, curly appearance reminiscent of sheep's wool. The texture is created by irregular loops of decorative twisted yarn—tactile yet smooth and pleasant. The fabric is durable and resistant to everyday use.
Care:
The boucle upholstery should be cleaned every 1-2 weeks using a soft brush or a vacuum cleaner set to low power with a special upholstery attachment. Loose fibers can be removed with a lint roller or adhesive tape. Once or twice a year, the fabric can be refreshed with a solution of lukewarm water and neutral detergent, such as dish soap. Then, the surface should be wiped with a clean, damp sponge or cloth to remove any residue, and left to air dry naturally. A special fabric upholstery cleaner can also be used according to the manufacturer's instructions. In case of liquid spills, gently blot with a dry cloth or paper towel. Residues of mud, ketchup, mayonnaise, yogurt, or lipstick should be carefully lifted from the surface. For stain removal, dish soap or gray soap mixed with lukewarm water in a ratio of one teaspoon of detergent to two cups of water can be used. The stain should be cleaned with gentle, circular motions from the outer edge towards the center, without vigorous rubbing. If necessary, the process can be repeated, gradually expanding the cleaned area to prevent streaks. Strong cleaners, bleach, or hot water should not be used. A test should be conducted on an inconspicuous part of the furniture before using any cleaning agent. After cleaning, allow the upholstery to dry at room temperature, avoiding the use of a dryer or other direct heat sources. Do not use the furniture until completely dry.
Important:
The Monet fabric is a thick and plush boucle with a distinctive weave featuring loops of various sizes. Its pronounced, highly varied texture is well-defined yet pleasant to the touch. The mélange color scheme further emphasizes the spatial character of the surface. The material is highly resistant to abrasion and damage. Its pet-friendly properties enhance its resistance to scratches, and pet hair does not embed deeply into the fabric, making it easier to remove. The appearance and texture of the material may slightly differ from the actual product due to screen settings and variations between production batches. Dimensions may vary from actual by ±4%.
