Care:
The upholstery should be cleaned every 1-2 weeks by gently brushing it with a soft brush or sponge in one direction. Regular brushing removes dust, lifts the pile, and reduces the formation of the sitting effect. Once or twice a year, the fabric can be refreshed with a solution of lukewarm water and neutral detergent, then wiped with a clean, damp cloth and left to air dry naturally. A special fabric upholstery cleaner in the form of foam, shampoo, or spray can also be used according to the manufacturer's instructions. In case of liquid spills, it should be immediately blotted with a dry cloth or paper towel. Residues of thick substances should be carefully scraped off the surface. Before wet cleaning, the material should be gently vacuumed. Clean the stain slowly, using circular motions from the edge towards the center, applying thin layers of a solution made from one teaspoon of dish soap or gray soap and two cups of lukewarm water. Excess solution should be removed immediately, and the cleaned area should be thoroughly wiped with a clean, damp cloth. Do not rub the pile vigorously or use strong agents, bleach, or hot water. The solution should be tested on an inconspicuous part of the furniture and left for 15 minutes. After cleaning, allow the upholstery to dry at room temperature, without using a dryer or any direct heat source. Do not use the furniture until completely dry.

The Vogue fabric is a thick and plush velvet with a soft surface covered with a delicate nap. The visible yet imperceptible texture, subtle shading of the pile, and slight sheen give the upholstery a distinctive look. The material is made of 100% polyester, has a weight of 370 g/m², and an abrasion resistance of 105,000 Martindale cycles. It also features high resistance to pilling. Deliveries of small packages made by courier companies such as DPD, FedEx, InPost, or UPS are made directly to the door of the house or apartment.
For bulky furniture, if the Client has not purchased the carrying service, the courier is not obliged to deliver the order to the first door – whether it be the house or the stairwell in an apartment building. The carrying of furniture is only carried out if the appropriate option is selected during the order process. In such a case, the driver is obliged to deliver the furniture to the location specified by the Client.
For large business orders, we organize individual transport fully tailored to the Client's needs.
The shipping cost includes the transportation of products and their insurance.
Delivery time
The estimated delivery time for orders is provided on each product page. Deliveries made by courier (DHL, DPD, FedEx, UPS) can take up to 48 hours. This time may vary depending on the selected country.

By joining the Loyalty Program, customers will receive 1 point for every zloty spent. Collected points can be exchanged for discount coupons for future orders. Discount coupons cannot exceed 10% of the value of the next order.
Example:

Please include in the order comments which product you would like us to match the sample to.

What is the company's return policy?
Every customer (both individual and business) can return purchased (undamaged and unused) goods within 14 calendar days from the day on which the purchased item was received (delivery of the order).
To keep the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient to send information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the deadline expires. Then, after receiving confirmation of the return registration, you must deliver the unused and undamaged goods to the address we specified at your own expense within 14 calendar days.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all received payments excluding shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the day we received the goods and confirmed that there are no signs of damage or use.
