Materials: Salvador Velvet, polyurethane foam with a density of 35 kg/m³
Care: Velvet upholstery should be cleaned every week or two by gently brushing it in one direction with a soft brush or sponge. Regular brushing removes dust and surface dirt, lifts the pile, and reduces the wear effect in the most frequently used areas. Once or twice a year, the upholstery can be refreshed with a solution of a neutral cleaning agent, such as dish soap mixed with lukewarm water. Afterward, wipe the surface with a clean, damp sponge or cloth and allow it to air dry naturally. You can also use a fabric upholstery cleaner, following the manufacturer's instructions. In case of liquid spills, gently blot with a dry cloth or paper towel, and carefully collect any remaining thick stains. For stain removal, a solution made from one teaspoon of neutral detergent and two cups of lukewarm water can be used. Before wet cleaning, gently vacuum the fabric and test the solution on an inconspicuous part of the furniture, waiting 15 minutes. Clean the stain slowly, using circular motions from the outside in, without vigorous rubbing. Apply the solution in thin layers, continuously removing any excess, and thoroughly wipe the cleaned area with a clean, damp cloth. Avoid using strong cleaners, bleach, or hot water. After cleaning, allow the upholstery to dry at room temperature, without using a hairdryer or other direct heat sources. Do not sit on the pouf until it is completely dry.
Notes: The Salvador fabric is a pleasant-to-the-touch velvet with a short pile and a subtle sheen. The material is made of 100% polyester, has a weight of 440 g/m², and a Martindale abrasion resistance of 100,000 cycles. The LiquidBlocked technology reduces liquid absorption, allowing spills to remain on the surface and be collected with an absorbent cloth or paper towel. The fabric meets the requirements of the PN-EN 1021-1:2014-12 standard. The appearance and texture of the material may slightly differ from the actual product due to screen settings and variations between production batches. Dimensions may vary from actual by ±4%.
