Marble is a limestone that has undergone a metamorphosis and combined with natural elements. It is cut with different colors and patterns. Because marble is easy to stain, digest and mattics, it is important to know how to care for it.
Travertine is also a form of limestone. This sedimentary rock is usually formed in sources, rivers and lakes. It often has fibrous or concentric appearance and occurs in white, beige, cream and even rust varieties.
There are several basic rules to best use marble furniture and ensure their longevity:
Watch out for wet rings formed on the surface after watering flowers or plants.
Place the stands or stands for glasses and dishes to prevent the formation of round traces.
Never expose marble or travertine furniture to sharp objects that can scratch limestone.
Never use vinegar, ammonia, bleach, lemon or orange for cleaning marble or travertine, because acids can cause corrosion of these limestone.
Twice a week, vacuum the surfaces of marble and travertine with a soft cloth. Both marble and travertine stain very quickly, especially if the liquids remain intact on the surface. When you drop something, clear it right away. Waiting too long can change the usual stain into a stain, which can be difficult to get rid of and sometimes even impossible. Immediately clean the orange juice, coffee, wine and other drinks (or food) with strong pigments and rinse with a clean, damp cloth. Never leave water on marble or traverstile surfaces, as this can cause stains.
Clean as gently as possible, never using abrasive cleaning agents or sprays for vacuuming. Periodically wash marble and travertine with a cloth moistened with lukewarm water, and if necessary with a mild dishwashing liquid. Use only soap solutions that are strong enough to wipe off dirt, but mild enough to keep the limestone intact. Gently move the cloth on the surface, making circular movements in places requiring additional pressure. Remove the soap with a different damp cloth and wipe the limestone dry.

Delivery
Deliveries of small packages made by courier companies such as DPD, FedEx, InPost, or UPS are made directly to the door of the house or apartment.
For bulky furniture, if the Client has not purchased the carrying service, the courier is not obliged to deliver the order to the first door – whether it be the house or the stairwell in an apartment building. The carrying of furniture is only carried out if the appropriate option is selected during the order process. In such a case, the driver is obliged to deliver the furniture to the location specified by the Client.
For large business orders, we organize individual transport fully tailored to the Client's needs.
The shipping cost includes the transportation of products and their insurance.
Delivery time
The estimated delivery time for orders is provided on each product page. Deliveries made by courier (DHL, DPD, FedEx, UPS) can take up to 48 hours. This time may vary depending on the selected country.

Is it possible to pay on delivery?
Unfortunately, we currently do not have the option for cash on delivery. However, you can take advantage of the installment program and PayPo.

What is the Eye on Design loyalty program about?
By joining the Loyalty Program, customers will receive 1 point for every zloty spent. Collected points can be exchanged for discount coupons for future orders. Discount coupons cannot exceed 10% of the value of the next order.
Example:
Accumulated 1000 points can be exchanged for a discount voucher of 100 PLN for your next purchase of at least 1000 PLN.
What can you earn points for in the loyalty program?
You can earn points in our loyalty program for: purchases in our store, registering an account, liking and following the Eye on Design account on social media. You can also receive points as a birthday gift.

I would like to see how the material looks; how can I order a sample?
You can order samples here for the price of 139 zł (shipping cost: 40 zł, deposit 99 zł). When returning a sample, the deposit (99 zł) will be refunded; additionally, when purchasing furniture (and simultaneously returning the sample, we will refund the shipping cost of 40 zł). Please include in the order comments which product you would like us to match the sample to.
Samples for selected models are also available at the Eye on Design showroom in Warsaw.
Do I need to have an account on Eye on Design to place an order?
While it's not required, we encourage you to create an account to take advantage of special offers, our loyalty program, and faster order processing.

What is the company's return policy?
Every customer (both individual and business) can return purchased (undamaged and unused) goods within 14 calendar days from the day on which the purchased item was received (delivery of the order).
To keep the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient to send information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the deadline expires. Then, after receiving confirmation of the return registration, you must deliver the unused and undamaged goods to the address we specified at your own expense within 14 calendar days.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all received payments excluding shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the day we received the goods and confirmed that there are no signs of damage or use.
We will process the refund using the same payment methods that were used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to another solution.
