Care:
Upholstery should be cleaned every week or two by gently brushing it in one direction with a soft brush or sponge. Regular brushing removes dust, lifts the pile, and reduces wear in the most frequently used areas. Once or twice a year, the fabric can be refreshed with a solution of neutral cleaning agent, such as dish soap mixed with water. Then, wipe the surface with a clean, damp sponge or cloth and allow it to air dry naturally. Upholstery foam, shampoo, or spray can also be used according to the manufacturer's instructions. In case of spills, gently blot with a dry cloth or paper towel, and carefully collect any residues of thick substances. For stain removal, use a neutral detergent or gray soap with lukewarm water in a ratio of one teaspoon of the agent to two cups of water. Before cleaning, test in an inconspicuous area and wait 15 minutes. The material should be gently vacuumed beforehand, and the stain should be removed with slow, circular motions from the outer edge of the stain towards the center. Do not rub vigorously, apply too much solution, or use bleach and strong agents. Remove detergent residues with a clean, damp cloth. Do not use hot water, hair dryers, or other direct heat sources. Do not use the furniture until the upholstery is completely dry.
Important:
The Bluvel fabric is a silky, extremely soft velvet with a subtle sheen that closely resembles real velvet. The material is made of 100% polyester, has a weight of 320 g/m², and an abrasion resistance of 50,000 Martindale cycles. Longer pile may cause a change in color perception depending on the direction of the pile and the angle of light. The fabric meets the requirements of the PN-EN 1021-1:2014-12 standard regarding the ignition resistance of upholstered furniture from a smoldering cigarette. The angle of the seat in relation to the backrest is a deliberate design element that enhances user comfort. Colors, materials, textures, and finishes may vary slightly from the actual product due to screen settings and differences between production batches. Surfaces may change appearance due to light, environmental conditions, and usage. Dimensions may vary from actual by ±4%.

Deliveries of small packages made by courier companies such as DPD, FedEx, InPost, or UPS are made directly to the door of the house or apartment.
For bulky furniture, if the Client has not purchased the carrying service, the courier is not obliged to deliver the order to the first door – whether it be the house or the stairwell in an apartment building. The carrying of furniture is only carried out if the appropriate option is selected during the order process. In such a case, the driver is obliged to deliver the furniture to the location specified by the Client.
For large business orders, we organize individual transport fully tailored to the Client's needs.
The shipping cost includes the transportation of products and their insurance.
Delivery time
The estimated delivery time for orders is provided on each product page. Deliveries made by courier (DHL, DPD, FedEx, UPS) can take up to 48 hours. This time may vary depending on the selected country.

All products that are not made to order and are personalized. Returned products must be unused and undamaged.
What is the Eye on Design loyalty program about?
By joining the Loyalty Program, customers will receive 1 point for every zloty spent. Collected points can be exchanged for discount coupons for future orders. Discount coupons cannot exceed 10% of the value of the next order.
Example:
Accumulated 1000 points can be exchanged for a discount voucher of 100 PLN for your next purchase of at least 1000 PLN.
What can you earn points for in the loyalty program?

You can order samples here for the price of 139 zł (shipping cost: 40 zł, deposit 99 zł). When returning a sample, the deposit (99 zł) will be refunded; additionally, when purchasing furniture (and simultaneously returning the sample, we will refund the shipping cost of 40 zł). Please include in the order comments which product you would like us to match the sample to.
Samples for selected models are also available at the Eye on Design showroom in Warsaw.
Do I need to have an account on Eye on Design to place an order?
While it's not required, we encourage you to create an account to take advantage of special offers, our loyalty program, and faster order processing.

What is the company's return policy?
Every customer (both individual and business) can return purchased (undamaged and unused) goods within 14 calendar days from the day on which the purchased item was received (delivery of the order).
To keep the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient to send information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the deadline expires. Then, after receiving confirmation of the return registration, you must deliver the unused and undamaged goods to the address we specified at your own expense within 14 calendar days.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all received payments excluding shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the day we received the goods and confirmed that there are no signs of damage or use.
We will process the refund using the same payment methods that were used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to another solution.
Returns do not include personalized custom products.
