This chenille fabric features an interesting texture and a three-dimensional effect. The fine fibers vary in height, creating a raised pattern. The design resembles corduroy, but the stripes are softer and less regular. The material is pleasant to the touch, soft, and very cozy. The color of the fabric is mixed, making stains less visible. The slightly iridescent surface changes depending on the angle of light. Chenille is highly resistant to pulling and scratching, making it particularly recommended for pet lovers. The fabric is available in several colors and is characterized by high abrasion resistance and very low pilling susceptibility.

Care:
It is recommended to clean the entire piece of furniture with a soft brush. Avoid strong rubbing or sudden, vigorous movements. Do not use a vacuum cleaner. Upholstery, especially in light colors, is prone to staining from other fabrics, mainly from clothing (e.g., jeans). This is not a defect of the upholstery but of the clothing fabric. The effect of pilling, or fabric fuzzing, is also caused by contact with foreign fibers (clothing or throws). Metal and wooden elements should not be exposed to prolonged contact with water. If necessary, wipe with a damp cloth using neutral detergents (bleaches, soaps intended for hard surfaces, or products containing ammonia are not allowed).
Any residues from cleaning agents should be wiped dry. In case of staining and the occurrence of wet or greasy spots, use blotting paper or paper towels, followed by a damp, soft sponge that quickly absorbs the stain. Then, proceed to stain removal using a solution of neutral cleaning agent and water. Clean the soiled area with gentle, circular motions from the outside in, avoiding vigorous rubbing of the wet fibers. After removing the stain, allow the fabric to air dry at room temperature. If necessary, repeat the process, expanding the cleaned area around the stained spot to reduce the circular effect. Before starting the cleaning process, it is advisable to test the cleaning agent on an inconspicuous part of the furniture to avoid damaging the fabric.

Deliveries of small packages made by courier companies such as DPD, FedEx, InPost, or UPS are made directly to the door of the house or apartment.
For bulky furniture, if the Client has not purchased the carrying service, the courier is not obliged to deliver the order to the first door – whether it be the house or the stairwell in an apartment building. The carrying of furniture is only carried out if the appropriate option is selected during the order process. In such a case, the driver is obliged to deliver the furniture to the location specified by the Client.
For large business orders, we organize individual transport fully tailored to the Client's needs.
The shipping cost includes the transportation of products and their insurance.
Delivery time
The estimated delivery time for orders is provided on each product page. Deliveries made by courier (DHL, DPD, FedEx, UPS) can take up to 48 hours. This time may vary depending on the selected country.

What is the Eye on Design loyalty program about?
By joining the Loyalty Program, customers will receive 1 point for every zloty spent. Collected points can be exchanged for discount coupons for future orders. Discount coupons cannot exceed 10% of the value of the next order.
Example:
Accumulated 1000 points can be exchanged for a discount voucher of 100 PLN for your next purchase of at least 1000 PLN.
What can you earn points for in the loyalty program?

You can order samples here for the price of 139 zł (shipping cost: 40 zł, deposit 99 zł). When returning a sample, the deposit (99 zł) will be refunded; additionally, when purchasing furniture (and simultaneously returning the sample, we will refund the shipping cost of 40 zł). Please include in the order comments which product you would like us to match the sample to.
Samples for selected models are also available at the Eye on Design showroom in Warsaw.
Do I need to have an account on Eye on Design to place an order?

What is the company's return policy?
Every customer (both individual and business) can return purchased (undamaged and unused) goods within 14 calendar days from the day on which the purchased item was received (delivery of the order).
To keep the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient to send information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the deadline expires. Then, after receiving confirmation of the return registration, you must deliver the unused and undamaged goods to the address we specified at your own expense within 14 calendar days.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all received payments excluding shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the day we received the goods and confirmed that there are no signs of damage or use.
We will process the refund using the same payment methods that were used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to another solution.
