Care: The upholstery should be cleaned every week or two by gently brushing it with a soft brush or sponge in one direction. Brushing removes dust, lifts the pile, and reduces wear in the most frequently used areas. Once or twice a year, it is advisable to refresh the fabric with a solution of neutral cleaning agent and water, then wipe with a clean, damp sponge or cloth to remove any detergent. Before wet cleaning, the upholstery should be gently vacuumed. Any spilled liquid should be blotted with a dry cloth or paper towel, and any remaining thick stains should be carefully scraped from the surface. For stain removal, dish soap or gray soap mixed with lukewarm water in a ratio of one teaspoon of detergent to two cups of water can be used. The surface should be cleaned slowly, using circular motions from the outer edge of the stain towards the center, applying thin layers of the solution and immediately removing any excess. Do not rub the pile vigorously or use strong cleaners, bleach, or hot water. Before using any cleaning agent, test it on an inconspicuous part of the furniture and wait 15 minutes. After cleaning, allow the fabric to air dry at room temperature, without using a dryer or other direct heat sources. Do not sit on the furniture until it is completely dry.
Notes: Venus Velvet is a premium fabric with an exceptionally soft surface. Thanks to Cleanaboo, Easy Clean, and Petproof technologies, spilled liquids bead up on the surface, most stains can be removed with soap and water, and the upholstery has increased resistance to pulls. The material is also resistant to abrasion, pilling, and fading. Due to the characteristic arrangement of the pile, the upholstery may change appearance depending on the angle of light, which is a natural feature of velvet. After rearranging the modules, slight differences in their appearance may occur due to the direction of the pile. The left-side Bellis module is designed to close the sofa on the left side and can be part of a straight or corner configuration. The modular design allows for combining, separating, and rearranging elements, as well as expanding the set with additional pieces from the Bellis collection. Each single module comes with one additional connecting element for self-assembly, while a set consisting of at least two modules includes two additional connecting elements. Colors, materials, textures, and finishes displayed on the screen may slightly differ from the actual product, and the shade of the material may vary between production batches. Dimensions may differ from actual measurements by ±4%.

Deliveries of small packages made by courier companies such as DPD, FedEx, InPost, or UPS are made directly to the door of the house or apartment.
For bulky furniture, if the Client has not purchased the carrying service, the courier is not obliged to deliver the order to the first door – whether it be the house or the stairwell in an apartment building. The carrying of furniture is only carried out if the appropriate option is selected during the order process. In such a case, the driver is obliged to deliver the furniture to the location specified by the Client.
For large business orders, we organize individual transport fully tailored to the Client's needs.
The shipping cost includes the transportation of products and their insurance.
Delivery time
The estimated delivery time for orders is provided on each product page. Deliveries made by courier (DHL, DPD, FedEx, UPS) can take up to 48 hours. This time may vary depending on the selected country.

What is the Eye on Design loyalty program about?
By joining the Loyalty Program, customers will receive 1 point for every zloty spent. Collected points can be exchanged for discount coupons for future orders. Discount coupons cannot exceed 10% of the value of the next order.
Example:
Accumulated 1000 points can be exchanged for a discount voucher of 100 PLN for your next purchase of at least 1000 PLN.
What can you earn points for in the loyalty program?

When returning a sample, the deposit (99 zł) will be refunded; additionally, when purchasing furniture (and simultaneously returning the sample, we will refund the shipping cost of 40 zł). Please include in the order comments which product you would like us to match the sample to.
Samples for selected models are also available at the Eye on Design showroom in Warsaw.

What is the company's return policy?
Every customer (both individual and business) can return purchased (undamaged and unused) goods within 14 calendar days from the day on which the purchased item was received (delivery of the order).
To keep the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient to send information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the deadline expires. Then, after receiving confirmation of the return registration, you must deliver the unused and undamaged goods to the address we specified at your own expense within 14 calendar days.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all received payments excluding shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the day we received the goods and confirmed that there are no signs of damage or use.
We will process the refund using the same payment methods that were used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to another solution.
