Care:
The chenille upholstery should be cleaned weekly with a soft brush or vacuumed with a vacuum cleaner set to low power and equipped with a special upholstery attachment. Once or twice a year, after thorough vacuuming, the fabric can be refreshed with a solution of lukewarm water and neutral detergent, such as dish soap. Then, the surface should be wiped with a clean, damp sponge or cloth to remove any residue, and left to air dry naturally. A special fabric upholstery cleaner can also be used according to the manufacturer's instructions. In case of liquid spills, gently blot with a dry cloth or paper towel. Residues of mud, ketchup, mayonnaise, yogurt, or lipstick should be carefully lifted from the surface. For stain removal, dish soap or gray soap mixed with lukewarm water in a ratio of one teaspoon of detergent to two cups of water can be used. The stain should be cleaned with gentle, circular motions from the outer edge towards the center, without vigorous rubbing. If necessary, the process can be repeated, gradually expanding the cleaned area to prevent streaks. Strong cleaners, bleach, or hot water should not be used. A test should be conducted on an inconspicuous part of the furniture before using any cleaning agent. After cleaning, allow the upholstery to dry at room temperature, avoiding the use of hair dryers or other direct heat sources. Do not use the furniture until it is completely dry.
Important:
The Over The Horizon fabric is a soft chenille with a spatial texture created by yarns of varying heights. Its irregular, subtly ribbed pattern resembles corduroy, and the melange color scheme makes small stains less visible. The slightly iridescent surface changes appearance depending on the angle of light. The material is made of 100% polyester, has a weight of 430 g/m², and abrasion resistance of 28,000-32,000 Martindale cycles. It features very low pilling susceptibility and high resistance to pulls and scratches, making it suitable for pet owners. The appearance and texture of the upholstery may slightly differ from the actual product due to screen settings and variations between production batches. Dimensions may vary from actual by ±4%.

Deliveries of small packages made by courier companies such as DPD, FedEx, InPost, or UPS are made directly to the door of the house or apartment.
For bulky furniture, if the Client has not purchased the carrying service, the courier is not obliged to deliver the order to the first door – whether it be the house or the stairwell in an apartment building. The carrying of furniture is only carried out if the appropriate option is selected during the order process. In such a case, the driver is obliged to deliver the furniture to the location specified by the Client.
For large business orders, we organize individual transport fully tailored to the Client's needs.
The shipping cost includes the transportation of products and their insurance.
Delivery time
The estimated delivery time for orders is provided on each product page. Deliveries made by courier (DHL, DPD, FedEx, UPS) can take up to 48 hours. This time may vary depending on the selected country.

Which products are eligible for returns?
All products that are not made to order and are personalized. Returned products must be unused and undamaged.
What is the Eye on Design loyalty program about?
By joining the Loyalty Program, customers will receive 1 point for every zloty spent. Collected points can be exchanged for discount coupons for future orders. Discount coupons cannot exceed 10% of the value of the next order.
Example:
Accumulated 1000 points can be exchanged for a discount voucher of 100 PLN for your next purchase of at least 1000 PLN.
What can you earn points for in the loyalty program?
You can earn points in our loyalty program for: purchases in our store, registering an account, liking and following the Eye on Design account on social media. You can also receive points as a birthday gift.

Yes, we offer delivery with assembly, and the cost is 499 zł.

You can order samples here for the price of 139 zł (shipping cost: 40 zł, deposit 99 zł). When returning a sample, the deposit (99 zł) will be refunded; additionally, when purchasing furniture (and simultaneously returning the sample, we will refund the shipping cost of 40 zł). Please include in the order comments which product you would like us to match the sample to.
Samples for selected models are also available at the Eye on Design showroom in Warsaw.
Do I need to have an account on Eye on Design to place an order?
While it's not required, we encourage you to create an account to take advantage of special offers, our loyalty program, and faster order processing.

What is the company's return policy?
Every customer (both individual and business) can return purchased (undamaged and unused) goods within 14 calendar days from the day on which the purchased item was received (delivery of the order).
To keep the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient to send information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the deadline expires. Then, after receiving confirmation of the return registration, you must deliver the unused and undamaged goods to the address we specified at your own expense within 14 calendar days.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all received payments excluding shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the day we received the goods and confirmed that there are no signs of damage or use.
We will process the refund using the same payment methods that were used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to another solution.
Returns do not include personalized custom products.
