Stainless steel should be kept clean and dry. If water, grease, or cleaning agents are not removed promptly, permanent stains may remain on the stainless steel. Clean the surface with a lint-free cloth, warm water, and a mild detergent.
Never use cleaning agents containing sodium hydroxide (caustic soda), chlorine, hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, formic acid, or acetic acid, as they can cause significant damage to the surface. Avoid abrasive cleaners or tools, including aggressive detergents, scouring powder, steel wool, and microfiber cloths.
Keep powder-coated surfaces clean and dry.
For light cleaning, such as grease stains, use a lint-free cloth or a soft brush with glass cleaner. Wipe dry with a lint-free cloth. For more thorough cleaning, use a lint-free cloth or a soft brush with warm water and mild detergent. Remove rubber components to facilitate cleaning.
For regular cleaning of silicone and rubber components, use warm water and mild detergent. Be sure to dry the components thoroughly before reassembling. Apply silicone spray for a better finish and sealing of the surface. Wipe off excess oil with a lint-free cloth.
All rubber and silicone surfaces in Vipp products are tested and approved for leaving no marks. However, please note that if the rubber or silicone surface is wet/moist when placed on an organic surface, such as wood or light surfaces, discoloration may occur. Vipp is not responsible for such discoloration.

Delivery
Deliveries of small packages made by courier companies such as DPD, FedEx, InPost, or UPS are made directly to the door of the house or apartment.
For bulky furniture, if the Client has not purchased the carrying service, the courier is not obliged to deliver the order to the first door – whether it be the house or the stairwell in an apartment building. The carrying of furniture is only carried out if the appropriate option is selected during the order process. In such a case, the driver is obliged to deliver the furniture to the location specified by the Client.
For large business orders, we organize individual transport fully tailored to the Client's needs.
The shipping cost includes the transportation of products and their insurance.
Delivery time
The estimated delivery time for orders is provided on each product page. Deliveries made by courier (DHL, DPD, FedEx, UPS) can take up to 48 hours. This time may vary depending on the selected country.

Unfortunately, we currently do not have the option for cash on delivery. However, you can take advantage of the installment program and PayPo.

Which products are eligible for returns?
All products that are not made to order and are personalized. Returned products must be unused and undamaged.
What is the Eye on Design loyalty program about?
By joining the Loyalty Program, customers will receive 1 point for every zloty spent. Collected points can be exchanged for discount coupons for future orders. Discount coupons cannot exceed 10% of the value of the next order.
Example:
Accumulated 1000 points can be exchanged for a discount voucher of 100 PLN for your next purchase of at least 1000 PLN.
What can you earn points for in the loyalty program?
You can earn points in our loyalty program for: purchases in our store, registering an account, liking and following the Eye on Design account on social media. You can also receive points as a birthday gift.

You can order samples here for the price of 139 zł (shipping cost: 40 zł, deposit 99 zł). When returning a sample, the deposit (99 zł) will be refunded; additionally, when purchasing furniture (and simultaneously returning the sample, we will refund the shipping cost of 40 zł). Please include in the order comments which product you would like us to match the sample to.
Samples for selected models are also available at the Eye on Design showroom in Warsaw.
Do I need to have an account on Eye on Design to place an order?

What is the company's return policy?
Every customer (both individual and business) can return purchased (undamaged and unused) goods within 14 calendar days from the day on which the purchased item was received (delivery of the order).
To keep the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient to send information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the deadline expires. Then, after receiving confirmation of the return registration, you must deliver the unused and undamaged goods to the address we specified at your own expense within 14 calendar days.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all received payments excluding shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the day we received the goods and confirmed that there are no signs of damage or use.
We will process the refund using the same payment methods that were used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to another solution.
