Burning instructions
Before each use, trim the wicks to about 6 mm. The candle should be placed away from drafts and direct sunlight. On the first burn, allow the entire surface of the wax to melt to prevent tunneling. After the surface has completely melted, do not burn the candle for more than an additional hour. After each burn, gently straighten the wicks before the wax completely hardens. Regularly clean the inside of the vessel with a non-alcoholic cleaner.
Safety instructions
Burn only within sight. Keep away from flammable objects, children, and pets. Maintain at least 20 cm distance between burning candles. Do not place near heat sources and always set on a heat-resistant surface. To reduce soot formation, trim the wick before each burn. Avoid drafts. Do not allow the last centimeters of wax to burn out, as the flame may overheat the glass vessel.

Baobab Collection
Baobab Collection is a Belgian brand of interior fragrances that has been creating scented candles in decorative glass, diffusers, and monumental Totems since 2002. Each candle combines craftsmanship with design: the vessels made of hand-blown glass are adorned with metallic finishes, screen printing, leather, or travel-inspired motifs, and the wax is poured by hand.
The fragrance compositions are developed in collaboration with perfumers, and collections such as Les Exclusives, Pearls, Sand, Stones, or My First Baobab allow you to choose a scent that matches the character of your interior. Once burned, the glass vessel remains with you as a decorative object, making Baobab Collection products a gift that brings joy for a long time.
Scented candle MY FIRST BAOBAB MANHATTAN lily of the valley and musk
Description
Scented Candle My First Baobab Manhattan encapsulates the elegance of 1930s New York in glass. The candle is housed in a vessel adorned with platinum and navy silk-screen printing, whose rhythmic lines reference art deco and the iconic spire of the Chrysler Building. Its compact format makes it easy to find a place for it on a shelf, nightstand, or desk.
Upon lighting the candle, the first note is lily of the valley – pure, spring-like, and slightly green. Over time, it is enveloped by warm, leathery musk, while a resinous pine emerges in the background, adding depth to the composition. The scent transports you to the corner of Madison Avenue, where you can feel the breeze from Central Park. This scented candle in glass creates an atmosphere that is elegant yet effortless. The fragrance is noticeable but not overwhelming, making it suitable for smaller spaces as well.
It is perfect for the bedroom, study, and living room, and the navy and platinum embellishment enhances art deco, glamour, and modern interiors. As a small gift from Baobab Collection, it will delight lovers of New York. Once burned, the glass can be repurposed as a container for brushes or small items.
- Platinum and navy silk-screen printing in art deco style
- Floral and musky composition with a hint of pine
- Reusable glass vessel
- My First Baobab collection inspired by cities
