High-quality velvet fabric – thick and plush, with an exceptionally elegant appearance. It differs from smooth, uniform velvets with a visible yet imperceptible texture. The very pleasant-to-touch surface is covered with a delicate nap and has a slight sheen. The pile is gently shaded, creating an interesting visual effect. This gives the upholstery an original character. The material, made from synthetic fibers, is highly resistant to abrasion and pilling, ensuring that the furniture remains in impeccable condition for a long time (Martindale test: 105,000, 370 g/m², composition: 100% polyester). The OEKO-TEX ® STANDARD 100 certificate confirms that the fabric is free from harmful substances and safe for humans.

Cleaning tips
Clean velvet-upholstered furniture weekly or bi-weekly. Gently brush them in one direction using a soft brush or sponge. This way, you will remove dust and dirt without allowing them to penetrate deeper. Brushing lifts the pile and prevents the "sitting" effect, which is the wear of the fibers in the areas where we sit or lean most often. Refresh the velvet upholstery thoroughly 1-2 times a year. Carefully wipe the entire fabric with a damp solution of a neutral cleaning agent, such as dish soap mixed with water. Then wipe again with a clean, damp sponge or cloth to remove the detergent from the surface. Allow to air dry naturally. You can also use special upholstery cleaning products in the form of foam, shampoo, or spray. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for such products. In case of staining or soaking, gently blot the liquid with a dry cloth or paper towel. To remove dirt from mud, ketchup, mayonnaise, yogurt, or lipstick, gently collect the residue of the substance. For cleaning the sofa, use gentle neutral detergents, such as dish soap or gray soap, mixed with lukewarm water in the proportions: one teaspoon of soap to two cups of water. Strong cleaners and bleaches can damage the upholstery. To avoid this, test the product on an inconspicuous part of the furniture and wait fifteen minutes. Before you start wet cleaning, gently vacuum the fabric to remove surface dirt so it doesn't embed deeper into the material. Clean the soiled area slowly and carefully in circular motions, from the outside of the stain to the center, trying to remove dirt from between the fibers. Avoid vigorous and strong rubbing to prevent damaging the structure of the pile. If necessary, repeat these actions, expanding the cleaned area around the stained spot. Apply thin layers of the solution and immediately remove the excess. If too much cleaning agent soaks into the upholstery, it may become stiff. Wipe the cleaned area thoroughly with a clean damp cloth, which will remove the cleaning agent and prevent streaks. Do not attempt to remove stains, especially organic ones, with hot water, as they may set. After removing the stain, allow the fabric to air dry at room temperature. Do not use a hairdryer or any other direct heat source. During this time, do not sit on the sofa, as the upholstery may become distorted.

Deliveries of small packages made by courier companies such as DPD, FedEx, InPost, or UPS are made directly to the door of the house or apartment.
For bulky furniture, if the Client has not purchased the carrying service, the courier is not obliged to deliver the order to the first door – whether it be the house or the stairwell in an apartment building. The carrying of furniture is only carried out if the appropriate option is selected during the order process. In such a case, the driver is obliged to deliver the furniture to the location specified by the Client.
For large business orders, we organize individual transport fully tailored to the Client's needs.
The shipping cost includes the transportation of products and their insurance.
Delivery time
The estimated delivery time for orders is provided on each product page. Deliveries made by courier (DHL, DPD, FedEx, UPS) can take up to 48 hours. This time may vary depending on the selected country.

What is the Eye on Design loyalty program about?
By joining the Loyalty Program, customers will receive 1 point for every zloty spent. Collected points can be exchanged for discount coupons for future orders. Discount coupons cannot exceed 10% of the value of the next order.
Example:
Accumulated 1000 points can be exchanged for a discount voucher of 100 PLN for your next purchase of at least 1000 PLN.
What can you earn points for in the loyalty program?

You can order samples here for the price of 139 zł (shipping cost: 40 zł, deposit 99 zł). When returning a sample, the deposit (99 zł) will be refunded; additionally, when purchasing furniture (and simultaneously returning the sample, we will refund the shipping cost of 40 zł). Please include in the order comments which product you would like us to match the sample to.
Samples for selected models are also available at the Eye on Design showroom in Warsaw.
Do I need to have an account on Eye on Design to place an order?

What is the company's return policy?
Every customer (both individual and business) can return purchased (undamaged and unused) goods within 14 calendar days from the day on which the purchased item was received (delivery of the order).
To keep the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient to send information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the deadline expires. Then, after receiving confirmation of the return registration, you must deliver the unused and undamaged goods to the address we specified at your own expense within 14 calendar days.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all received payments excluding shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the day we received the goods and confirmed that there are no signs of damage or use.
We will process the refund using the same payment methods that were used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to another solution.
Returns do not include personalized custom products.

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all received payments excluding shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the day we received the goods and confirmed that there are no signs of damage or use.
We will process the refund using the same payment methods that were used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to another solution.
Returns do not include personalized custom products.
Also include all accessories received with it/them as well as paragon or invoice.
