Care instructions
Armchair: for daily care, it is recommended to remove dust and dirt with a soft, dry cloth. Powder-coated surfaces can be cleaned with a soft cloth dampened with a mild solution of lukewarm water and a universal cleaning agent. Avoid using abrasive cleaners and harsh detergents, as they can permanently damage the surface. After cleaning, the surface should be wiped dry.
Cushion: regular cleaning is important to maintain the aesthetic appearance of the fabric and extend its durability. For daily care, it is recommended to remove dirt and loose debris using a vacuum cleaner equipped with a soft brush attachment. The use of steam devices is not recommended, as steam can push dirt deeper into the fabric structure.
In case of stains, act as quickly as possible. Spilled liquids should be gently blotted with an absorbent cloth or paper towel, avoiding rubbing the stain. Then, remove loose particles and clean the stain with a sponge or a clean, damp cloth with a mild cleaning agent. Allow to air dry naturally.
For difficult-to-remove stains, it is advisable to seek professional upholstery cleaning services. To maintain the appearance and durability of the cushion, protect it from contact with sharp objects that may permanently damage the material.

Deliveries of small packages made by courier companies such as DPD, FedEx, InPost, or UPS are made directly to the door of the house or apartment.
For bulky furniture, if the Client has not purchased the carrying service, the courier is not obliged to deliver the order to the first door – whether it be the house or the stairwell in an apartment building. The carrying of furniture is only carried out if the appropriate option is selected during the order process. In such a case, the driver is obliged to deliver the furniture to the location specified by the Client.
For large business orders, we organize individual transport fully tailored to the Client's needs.
The shipping cost includes the transportation of products and their insurance.
Delivery time
The estimated delivery time for orders is provided on each product page. Deliveries made by courier (DHL, DPD, FedEx, UPS) can take up to 48 hours. This time may vary depending on the selected country.

What is the Eye on Design loyalty program about?
By joining the Loyalty Program, customers will receive 1 point for every zloty spent. Collected points can be exchanged for discount coupons for future orders. Discount coupons cannot exceed 10% of the value of the next order.
Example:
Accumulated 1000 points can be exchanged for a discount voucher of 100 PLN for your next purchase of at least 1000 PLN.
What can you earn points for in the loyalty program?
You can earn points in our loyalty program for: purchases in our store, registering an account, liking and following the Eye on Design account on social media. You can also receive points as a birthday gift.

You can order samples here for the price of 139 zł (shipping cost: 40 zł, deposit 99 zł). When returning a sample, the deposit (99 zł) will be refunded; additionally, when purchasing furniture (and simultaneously returning the sample, we will refund the shipping cost of 40 zł). Please include in the order comments which product you would like us to match the sample to.
Samples for selected models are also available at the Eye on Design showroom in Warsaw.

What is the company's return policy?
Every customer (both individual and business) can return purchased (undamaged and unused) goods within 14 calendar days from the day on which the purchased item was received (delivery of the order).
To keep the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient to send information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the deadline expires. Then, after receiving confirmation of the return registration, you must deliver the unused and undamaged goods to the address we specified at your own expense within 14 calendar days.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all received payments excluding shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the day we received the goods and confirmed that there are no signs of damage or use.
We will process the refund using the same payment methods that were used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to another solution.
Returns do not include personalized custom products.
